Ingleigh Barton can be divided into two separate houses by simply closing an internal door or can be combined to let together offering the most perfect environment for the most fabulous holiday for larger families or groups during high season weeks, or for smaller families or couples in the low/mid seasons in either one of the properties. During all high season weeks the property is available as one big house.
The property is 54 yards long with 17 rooms allowing everyone to enjoy the feeling of space. The property has two living rooms, one at either end of the house. For business users mobile phone coverage is excellent and wireless broad band connection is available.

If you can tear yourself away, staying here provides a superb opportunity to explore unspoilt middle Devon this is old farming country, beautiful, hilly and wooded, with unusual hilltop villages complete with good unpretentious pubs and individual, unique shops offering surprisingly good quality goods. There are extensive paths for walking or riding (some mountain bikes are provided), and both Dartmoor and the wide stretches of sandy beaches on the north coast can be reached in about forty minutes, along relatively hassle and traffic free roads. An introductory session to clay pigeon shooting can be arranged with the owner.

At the front of the property is a large enclosed courtyard with ample parking and a barn style garage for a further 3 cars. Fenced lawns surround two sides of the house with an adjoining paddock great for ball games and featuring a dovecot. Birds are made very welcome here with free range guinea fowl, white doves and bird feeders provided for the wild variety.
